You can also ride the bus to the final stop and start hitchhiking from the Biomaxgas station (05°02′18.56″N 75°25′29.83″W) that is located even further from the city within an industrial area.You will find almost any bus in Manizales on the main avenue "Avenida Santander" that cuts through the whole city.  === South towards [[Pereira]], [[Salento]], [[Armenia]], [[Cali]]; North towards [[Medellín]] === Take any bus that is going towards "El Tablazo" (05/2019: COP 2,050) and ask the driver to be let off at or nearby the "Estación de Servicio La Uribe" (05°02′56.87″N 75°31′46.1″W). This is where some trucks you can start hitchhiking and asking people for a ride. Alternatively you can also take any bus going to the "Estambul" neighborhood and get off at the final stop and cars go rather slowlywalk for another ten minutes to the same gas station. Follow the main road in front of you downhill and walk up the stairs of the first bridge on your right hand side. You should now see the gas station to your right, on the other side of the road. You will find almost any bus in Manizales on the main avenue "Avenida Santander" that cuts through the whole city.
