Take the bus Nr. 2 at Junta de Andalucia (just ask where it leaves) until the last stop. They will let you out directly on the Access to the highway. Like you can see on the Map there is a street nextto the Highway which leads you in 1.5 km to a gas station which should be good for hitchiking north.
