It can take a little while to get a ride, but at least there's a [http://www.liftershalte.info/?lat=45.75093566733893&lng=4.841279983520508&zoom=14&trip=0&view=0 nice place to wait]. There's plenty of traffic heading to Valence and Orange, which is a good place to continue further East or West along the coast.
===Getting onto A46 (Lyon Bypass)===
There's a big service area on the Lyon bypass (Contournement de Lyon) highway. There are 2 gas stations, one on each side of the road
