When traveling to Kaunas/Vilnius you should get onto road A1, near so called "JAKŲ" ring. You can do this by catching bus #12 #7 #5 #2. Although you wont avoid a 2km walk from bus stop to the hitch hikers spot at A1 road to Kaunas/Vilnius.
