Hitching Out
Southeast towards Crimea, Simferopol, Sevastopol E 97
Catch a bus (30 fx) to the big bridge that crosses the Dniepr River on the east side of town. Walk south over the bridge. On the road outside the hotel and cafeteria is a spot where cars can pull over, and you will be able to catch all traffic going south on the E97. A sign that says "Crimea" works well.
