Probably your best chance is asking the Danes, shopping at the hypermarket before crossing the border. To get there, take the bus towards Niebüll and get off after the bus underpasses the motorway.
You can try the second option if you like, it worked well for [[User:Alin titoc|Alin titoc]], going to the small place Kruså, in Denmark close to border. You can take the number 1 bus or you can walk till there it's about one hour walking from the city center. There is a good spot next to the parking place where the car can easily stop.
Another good option is the Autohof between Handewitt and the motorway. To reach it from Flensburg, take the bus that goes towards Niebüll and stops at Handewitt - B199, then walk back toward Flensburg for about 500m.
