Changes

A lot of traffic goes into East Fresia without going to Emden first and a lot of traffic goes to Netherlands without taking the turn to Emden. There are no known good hitch hiking points between Oldenburg and Leer so don't get stuck there. Getting to Aurich to hitch hike down Emder Str. is probably better than stopping at Leer or Oldensburg (or anyplace inbetween) to wait for a ride into the citydecent option.
