I took, from bus stop "Südhöhe" in the direction of the highway. Press the stop button directly after you pass the entry ramp of the highway. The bus will stop 200m later. Walk back and position yourself by the traffic light. Just after the corner to the entry ramp is a small slab of asphalt were drivers can stop. My girlfriend and I got, after half an hour a ride to the centre of Prague.
