* To get to Flensburg / Denmark, a nice spot close to the city is on the road B76. Get by the Gottorf Castle. South of it, the main entrance on the B76 from downtown. The Gottorfstrasse is going south, with a small park on its east side. The street Herrenstall going east after this park crosses Gottorfstrasse before the bridge. Take it and then follow the pedestrian/bike trail going along the B76 east. A couple hundred meters later, you've got a roadside parking where you can hitchhike cars going north. You can stay on the side of the B76 hitchhiking, and people stop in that parking.

Take it and then follow the pedestrian/bike trail going along the B76 east. A couple hundred meters later, you've got a roadside parking. Another similar parking is on the opposite side of the road, for cars going south. Just cross it when safe.
