Hitchhiking out
South towards Tulun via A331 "Vilyuy"
Option 1 - DPS Post "Kuznetsovsky"
Take bus No. 800 from the bus station to the "KPP (on demand)" stop. This is already 20 km from the city.
Option 2 - Ring Junction at the Start of the Road to Tulun
This is closer, but requires less time on the No. 800 bus, which goes through all the villages. Get off at the "AZS (on demand)" stop, buses No. 115D, 115U, 31.
East towards Ust-Kut, Mirny, Yakutsk via A331 "Vilyuy"
The road to Ust-Kut passes along the dam of the Bratsk Hydroelectric Power Station.
- The farthest bus stop is "Rynok (Gidrostroitel)". Buses No. 10, 108, 25, 4, 5, 6, 9 and minibus No. 10 go there. From the stop, go 150 meters further south to the main road and railway crossing.
- Alternatively, take one of the three suburban trains to the "Gidrostroitel" station, then walk 1 km north to the same railway crossing. Or travel one more stop to "Podvyezdny" station and walk 850 meters to the main road, so that you are already outside the city for hitchhiking.
