Kurgan (Russian: Курган) is a city just east of the Ural mountains and is the administrative center of Kurgan Oblast in Russia.

West towards Chelyabinsk via R254 "Irtysh"
Option 1 - Turn to Zaikovo District ("Поворот на микрорайон Зайково")
Take bus #319 to the stop "Turn to Zaikovo District". A bit closer is bus #48 to the stop "Mikrorayon Mostostroitelei".
East towards Omsk and Novosibirsk via R254 "Irtysh"
Option 1 - Turn to Shkodinskoe Village ("Поворот на д. Шкодинское")
Bus #266 to the stop "Turn to Shkodinskoe Village".
Option 2 - Turn to Chelnokovo District ("Поворот на микрорайон Челноково")
Bus #403 to the stop "Turn to Chelnokovo District".
Option 3 - Sady Omsky Bridge ("Сады Омский мост")

Northwest towards Shadrinsk and Yekaterinburg via R254
Option 1 - Marshal Golikov Avenue near GIBDD Bus Stop ("проспект Маршала Голикова", остановка "ГИБДД")
The road to Shadrinsk branches off from Marshal Golikov Avenue near the bus stop "GIBDD". 13 buses stop here: #17, 304, 316, 318, 328, 33, 331, 36, 366, 371, 391, 7, 8. A few km further is a roundabout with the Bypass Road Chelyabinsk-Novosibirsk.
North towards Tyumen
Option 1 - Bus stop “AZS” ("АЗС")
Immediately after the junction with the bypass there is the bus stop "AZS". Bus routes #22 and #232 serve this stop. The last stop is 500 m before the roundabout. Bus #110 (from the bus station – to Bolshoe Chausovo, a little further along the highway) also stops here.
