Hitchhiking out
Southwest towards Kırıkkale, Ankara
To head towards Sungurlu, Kırıkkale, and Ankara, you need to get to Ankara Road. You can take minibuses to Akkent or Organize Sanayi. If you take the Akkent minibus, get off at the Küçük Sanayi Junction on Ankara Road. If you take the Organize Sanayi minibus, get off at the entrance to the Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) and start hitchhiking from there. Since the OSB minibus goes further out of town, it is recommended to use it if possible.
South towards Yozgat, Kayseri
To go towards Alaca, Yozgat, and Kayseri, you need to get onto Alaca Road. You can follow the directions for the southwest exit and continue in the direction of Alaca at the junction 15 km down Ankara Road.
Northeast towards Amasya, Samsun
To reach Mecitözü, Merzifon, Amasya, and Samsun, head to Samsun Road. You can take local buses towards Binevler and get off at the Binevler junction on the ring road to start hitchhiking.
Northwest towards İskilip, Çankırı, İstanbul
To go towards İskilip, Bayat, Çankırı, Tosya, and Istanbul, head to İskilip Road. From the city center, walk about 750 meters to reach the Çorum Ring Road, İskilip junction, where you can start hitchhiking.
North towards Osmancık
To travel towards Laçin and Osmancık, take the road to Osmancık. You can take the municipal bus heading to Ulukavak and get off at the last stop; after a short walk, you can start hitchhiking from there.
