Taldom (Russian: Талдом) is a city in Russia, the administrative center of Taldomsky District in Moscow Oblast.

Hitchhiking out
Southwest towards Dubna on R112 and A104
- From the central square, walk down to the railway crossing. From the station to the crossing is about 700 meters on foot. Right after the crossing, you can start hitchhiking. You can also walk further, hitchhiking as you go, to the inspection station turn outside the city, where much of the local traffic goes. There are local buses to Dubna (№24) and Zaprudnya, which stop at the turn to Dmitrov highway.
South towards Dmitrov on R112
- From the train station or city center, go by any transport or on foot to the market. There is a traffic light at the market. From the traffic light it's 1 km to the city exit. There is a gas station.
- The first stop after leaving the city is the village of "Rassadniki". Buses №20 and 56 stop there.
East towards Sergiev Posad – Cherepovets on R104
- Take buses or minibuses to the settlement "Severny". Buses: 26, 29, 34, 56.
North towards Kimry
- Take buses or minibuses to the large village of "Akhtimneyevo". Buses: 31, 129. At the exit from there is a turn to the Taldom cemetery.
