Sincelejo is a city in and the capital of the Sucre department of Colombia.
South towards Montería, Caucasia, Medellín
You can either get a mototaxi (05/2019: COP 2,000 - 2,500) and start hitchhiking from an Esso gas station (09°16′11.77″N 75°24′34.61″W) at the city limits of Sincelejo or take a bus to the next small town, Sampués, where you will find a Terpel gas station (09°11′22.09″N 75°23′01.15″W) with a lot of trucks heading further South.
