Make plans to attend the 2014 North American Hitchgathering!
I am Kyle: 23 years old and living in the United States. I hitchhike because it is an affordable mode of transportation which lends itself to a minimalist lifestyle of adventure and exploration. My goal is to develop a working mental map of North American geography through direct exploration of trails, navigable waterways, and roadside landscapes. I accomplish this on foot, by kayak, and especially by hitchhiking. I began hitchhiking regularly in 2011. Occasionally I stop to work to save up money for my travels.
On hitchwiki I primarily contribute information about states, cities, and legislature as it relates to hitchhiking in the United States.
