It's a small city so it's easy to walk everywhere. You need to take the street Rozova dolina (''Розова долина'') down to Billa shop, cross the bridge, continue straight (even though there's a sign showing to take the first right after the bridge - continue straight!!) And then on your right you will see a ramp going up - go there and voila! this is the spot. There's no special place for stopping, but bulgarians (if they want) stop everywhere :) From the main Kazanlak square it takes around 15 min to walk to that spot. Going out towards Karlovo, Sofia (road nr. 6)
