I wish I knew this list existed before!
I just think it would be more usefull if this information was included in the tables on the page for the highway. So for example (I'll use my most hitchhiked A3 in Germany):

After I wrote that I found out there were already some templates: Category:Templates Crossability, so I've updated a few articles with those. Example: A 1
