Frank, when you delete spam pages, change the description in the "Other/additional reason:" box to just "Spam" and don't forget to block the user who posted it. You may also want to "bot"-ise the change on the [http://hitchwiki.org/en/index.php?title=Special:RecentChangesCleanup Recent Changes Cleanup] page, so that the Recent Changes page only shows relevant data.
