Longest ride: Santa Rosa, New Mexico to Needles, California; truck driver delivering unmarked school bus to Salinas, CA (650 miles.) He would have taken me almost 1000 miles, but someone at Unless counting the 1640 mile bus ticket a gas station kind stranger bought in Needles was going all the way Fresno (Fresno, California to Sacramento, CAKansas City, so transferred to their car at the gas stationMissouri.) Several other 500+ mile rides have been had.
