Walk to the Northeastern exit (towards LIDL) and stand with a sign at the roundabout. Cars will slow down due to humps at the zebra stripes and they can easily stop. Perfect spot - for Gibraltar and likely further to Málaga!

Considering that it's a mere 14 kilometer trip that takes 35 minutes the price ( 37 euro€) is a bit too high. Either you could pay up or you could be a real hitchhiker. Truckdrivers Ferries here are allowed to take one passenger for free"fast" ferries so use rather port in [[Algeciras]] where the ticket costs 20 € (Feb 2012). If you manage to convince one And also 99% of trucks use port Algeciras, but hitch them to let you there can be that person you've managed very hard. Most of them only take trailors to save 37 euro. You'll probably see the trucks standing in a seperate queueport. If not you can just wait for the next one to come!
