The bus stop is called "''Żmigrodzka (Obwodnica)''"
The merged traffic from the city center and the transit one from the A4 motorway is brought here by the newly constructed Wroclaw Ringroad (A8)& passes U by :-). Cars passes slow go slowly while leaving the roundabout so driver can see you easily & has enough time to pull over.
It is also a place of a frequent traffic jam occurance
