Actually it seems we would have multiple places where we could arrange this, and some people ready to arrange stuff.* Lots of similar events already arranged (in rural areascountryside mostly), a good coverage of known good places
* Relatively cheap country
* Might be easier for Russians & Belarusians to get a visa? (not sure)
