The Ubľa-Malyi Bereznyi border crossing is a road crossing between Slovakia and Ukraine.
Walking across is allowed (at least on the Slovak side, according to the Ministry of Interior). On the Ukrainian side, you can try asking the officer at the first checkpoint to flag down a car for you.
Long waits are common, especially when entering Slovakia. Be prepared for your bag to be searched and do not exceed the tobacco/alcohol allowance since smuggling is widespread.
The crossing is open 24/7 and to all passport holders.
