The Bagrationovsk-Bezledy border crossing joins Russia's Kaliningrad Oblast at Bagrationovsk with Poland at Bezledy.
Walking across this border is not permitted. However, cars must wait at a stoplight before proceeding to passport control and customs, so you can walk up to the drivers and ask someone to take you across.

Take any lift that goes to Bartoszyce. From there it is possible to hitchhike onward.
