Like most places in Israel, hitchhiking out is just a matter of locating yourself close to the bus stop and sticking out your hand.
In Rosh Pina it's also quite doable to hitchhike up the hillto the small village, by hithing from the bus roundabout near the commercial center ([https://goo.gl/maps/c7qRvyXJ6MQ2 Google street view]).If you are interested in hitchhiking north or south on highway 90, just wait on the bus stops on highway 90 (there are two - one for north and one for south).
