{{stub}}It is reasonably easy to hitchhike out of Turda north towards Cluj-Napoca on the E81. The best spot seems to be an area in the north of the city, just between the 'Rompetrol' and 'Mol' petrol stations. A good place for passing traffic to pull over, and cars exiting the Rompetrol can be approached quite easily.
