There are plenty of good spots to stand just before the on-rampTucson.

=== Heading West ===Take the bus Got stuck in Eloy ($1.0020 minutes northwest of Tucson) for a night because I was dropped off at a bad spot, where I-10 splits off to downtown Tucson thenI-8, or if younear a Love're already near bys Truck Stop. Walked about 2 miles away from the interstate, around, walk to speedway and head west back to find a good spot on I-108. I had to trespass on land and stand on the shoulder of a busy interstate. it should be rather easy Was able to get to findSan Diego in 2 rides. This ramp attracts most people from (2017) === South towards [[Nogales]] (I-19) === Walk to where the east, west I-10 and central parts of town. Right now, however, I-19 intersect; there is a lot great spot with lots of construction going on room to pull over, and multiple cops passed by and didn't harass me. Make sure to get a number ride at least out of ramps are closed til 2008 or 2009. All exiting and merging traffic Tucson city limits, as this may well be the only on-ramp out of the city where there is diverted to the frontage roads, so you might want space to try your luck therepull over.(June 2013)
