These directions are tricky to decipher as there is no crossroad "behind" the bus stop (only a few T intersections) and walking 300m in any direction does not lead you anywhere but across grassland, into airfields, and industrial complexes. There is a petrol station nearby but you will not find a bridge for 1.5km walking in the direction away from Prague. This is definitely not a good spot. There is an OMV station nearby to Výstaviště Letňany, and you will find this by walking over the Tupolevova and Beranovych crossroad (opposite sides to the Bus stop) and continuing up Tupolevova for only 10m until you find a pathway onto the road Opocenska. Keep following this road until you can find your way to the freeway. The Petrol station is to your right and up (walking North-West) about 100m. There is a larger OMV just off the 8/E55 and this is only a short bus ride from the main station (see third option). ==== Third option Option 3: Bigger OMV petrol station on D8 ====First bigger petrol station (OMV) at D8. From Take metro terminal station ”Letňany” line C (red line C) take to "Letňany". Take bus (195, 140, 158, 110, or 269) to the stop “Obchodní centrum Čakovice”. Turn back (from bus in the direction / West), cross the roundabout bus came from and walk straight ≈1km along Kostelecká road for another 800m (past the roundabout) until you see reach the signs for Dáblice. You will come to sliproad coming off the bridge that crosses the highwayD8. Cross to the left-hand side and follow the path to the side of the road that This is just before the bridgeover the D8. See the directions for Option 2 to Hradec Králové. Lots of hitchhikers use this place. Use a sign "MB" (Mladá Boleslav) or "LB" (Liberec). It's necessary to use a sign because the road splits in many directions. Due to the construction of sections of the Prague Ring (R1), long-distance traffic is lower each day; however, this spot is still usable.

(''Tried'':) The author had not noted that there are three lanes on this road, and the two inside lanes take the cars to Dresden. The bus lane of course is great and the cars are not going too fast, but anyone going to Dresden on this road would need to cut across a few car lanes to come pick you up. Quite possible but there are better options than this.

Take any bus heading north one stop, or walk 500 m 500m north, to the bus stop "Výstaviště Letňany" (one stop up from . Keep walking northwest along Tupolevova for 500m, crossing over Beranovych to the metro station). Behind bus stop pedestrian crossing at the crossroad turn left to traffic lights. Cross Tupolevova here and keep heading southwest on the footway pathway leading onto Opocenska. Walk ≈250m along Opocenska and after 300 m turn right to the you will see a small footpath going straight to the petrol station. The turn is just right (before the pedestrian/cycle bridge over the highway) heading straight to the OMV petrol station (≈150m walk).
