The following Odpočívkas (service stations) in the Czech Republic do allow you to cross from one side to the other. There are always fences around the service stations and along the motorways. These fence often have gates or doors that can be opened.

Several service stations allow you to cross using a direct car tunnel or bridge. There are no pedestrian-only bridges or tunnels and no bridge restaurants in the country. This overview is far from complete.

* Brno-Tuřany - service station for both directions situated on the eastbound side
* Klimkovice - crossable in 15 minutes with a tunnel on the northeastbound side
