In terminal de autobuses, take a local bus to Cagua. Ask to drop you at La Encrucijada. Cross the road and you'll see a PDV gas station, right next to entrance of the highway to Caracas. Less than one km away, in the highway, there is PDV service station Las Morochas, you can walk or hitch there. Even if this is the Eastern side of the town, La Encrucijada is also a good spot to go West, direction Valencia, Merida, etc. Just talk to drivers on the gas station next to the highway entrance.
