Changes

Narnua is Anu, originally from [[Helsinki]], [[Finland]], and some other places since then, now somewhat based in [[Amsterdam]] for the time being. Hitching is on my list of things to get more into, as the first ride ever was pretty awesome.

Nelson to Christchurch * First trials in New Zealand, first ride of 15 minutes with drop-off on a supposedly better hitching place, second with an English truck-driver (apparently also on the list of the most nomadic-friendly professions!my own) for 45 minutes to a scenetic spot, and the last for the remaining 4 hours with a couple of young dudes day-trip in a nice new car for 4 hours all the way Netherlands. * September 2009: Tallinn to ChCh central Amsterdam, ~2500km (to meet up with my friends there. About 5 hours in allavoid simply flying home, pretty damn nice considering the busride with detours and stops in between because I ended up doing later lasted around 8! know too many hardcore hitchhikers), longest ride ~450km, from 1.5h out of Warsaw to Berlin (and further on to NL for my hitching partner)

I'm still feeling a bit scared of hithching on my own, so would really like for some hitch-companionship out of [[Amsterdam]] in the nearest future. (Amsterdam-Hamburg Sept. 26-27 2008, anyone??) Despite of the newbieness, I'm somewhat involved with tweaking the [http://www.hitchwiki.org/forum Hitchwiki forum].  Blogging some over [http://anujossain.blogspot.com over here] [[Category:Hitchhikers from Finland]][[Category:Hitchhikers from the Netherlands]]
