Take the free Tesco bus from main Bus station (Dworzec PKS) to shopping center Bielany. get off at the last stop, go right along the Tesco (way back) to Czekoladowa street, then turn left (along the tesco), then turn right to cross the street and go straight along the highway across the field (don't go under the bridge) and one small entrance to the highway, you'll get to the petrol station where you can ask people for a hike or try to hitch someone going out from Wrocław by an exit road next to the station (the same situation as going towards [[Germany]], you're just on the other side of the highway). on the left side you see TESCO centre and the gasstation for rides to the east, on the right side would be AUCHAN centre and you can see the gas station for rides towards Germany.
