:I don't think we have guidelines for how to make city lists (and I'm not sure if we need them :) I just think there ''should'' be articles about [[Ankara]] and [[Izmir]], and the red links might inspire someone to start an article some time. So basically, yeah, we list the biggest city of a country (or region), even if it means red links. [[User:Guaka|guaka]] 01:21, 22 December 2008 (UTC)
