The sliproad is very easy to hitch from with a lot of traffic moving slowly round a bend, where they can see you and stop easily. From there walk east (near Castorama) till unlikely that they will take you get to the national road 8 (E67)centre because it is a rather large diversion for them.

When you get there you must go behind the shopping center 14 Monday till Sunday and get to the bridge which bus stop is above located on Wrocławska Street south of the road you're at. The best road motorway, next to Prague is the one through Kudowa Zdroj and Hradec Kralove becouse all of the trucks are going this way (E67)Hotel Bielany.
