Take the metro to the last stop Kestel. From there you are directly at the main road (Ankara Yolu Cd., D200) which takes you east out of the city. A lot of people go to Inegöl from there, but you can also find people who go further. Cars drive very fast there, so it can be a bit tricky to find a good spot where people can pull over.
