At the ramp you can ask people that will stop for a ride to a gas station which is 500m further down on a motorway.
The ramp itself is not super great as there is no sidespace, and we stayed just at the fence, but enough width for two passenger cars to pass byautomobiles. Cars dont go fast as there are traffic lights before the turn. We waited 10 minutes to get to the station. Then at the station we met a few drivers that went in a Dresden direction, but after an hour or so we found also someone going to Poland with space for us.
It is possible (worth checking) that there is a direct way to Seeber West gas station. Probably from the side of Neuenhagen town. We observed that the station has a gate in a back fence that goes into greenery (trees or shrubs - no clear path but walkable).
