Uzbekistan has got a very closed economics, so iteconomy. It's not easy to find cashpointcashpoints. There is are only 2(!) cashpoints accepting MasterCard in whole(!) the entire country (2010). Both are in Tashkent. First one located is in hotel "Uzbekistan" (also accept accepts VISA) near metro "Amir Temur hieboni" and the second one in hotel "Russia". Cashpoint only give only out bills of 100USD papers. Also The exchange rate in the bazaar couse of exchange up to can be 200% than from the officialrate.
