The two bars called Kokoarum and l'annexe are the two sailors bar. You will find many there to speak to to get a ride.
If you are planning on island hopping North, you can also try your luck at the dinghy dock in Saint Pierre. It is usually the last anchorage boats stay at before heading to Dominica or Guadalupe. Ask around and if you manage to find a ride, the Customs Office is located in the Information Center building right next door.
