Novokuznetsk (Russian: Новокузнецк) is a major metallurgical center of Russia. It is the administrative center of Novokuznetsky District in Kemerovo Oblast, and one of the oldest cities in Siberia, located on the banks of the Tom River.

- You can reach the exit post by buses No. 151 and 160. Stop: "Tamozhnya" (Customs).
East towards Mezhdurechensk via "Pritomskoye Highway"
- Roundabout at the village of Atamanovo. Bus No. 550 to the stop "pos. Atamanovo", or buses No. 152, 163, 169 to the stop "Atamanovsky turn".
South towards Biysk via R366
- You can reach the junction with the bypass by bus No. 156. Stop: "Turn to Targay".
