<map lat='56.033333' lng='12.616667' zoom='12' view='0' country='Denmark' float='right'/> Helsingør (in English also known as Elsinore) is a town in northern Denmark.
East towards Helsingborg, Sweden
Just go to the ferry terminal and ask the cars lined up to go on the ferry. There's a ferry every 20 Minutes. The ticket for one car always includes 9 passengers.
South towards Copenhagen
It's a bit difficult to stand at the place where the cars leave the ferry, but it's possible if you didn't already find somebody in Helsingborg or on the ferry. If you're not intimidated by a small walk, it's much better to stand along Kongevejen which is leading directly to the motorway which starts about 3 km from the town.
West to Hillerød
On Kongevejen, there is a a lot of place for cars to stop. You can walk to the first round-about, pass it and start from there. There should be more cars coming on the way.
