We always kind of had a consent here to stick to the [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:PRC_provinces_big_imagemap definitions from Wikipedia] or the UN instead of trying to find our own political view. According to Wikipedia, Tibet is not a special administrative region, but one of 5 autonomous regions of China. Either we list them all, or none of them. ::No, I don't think we can or should. China forbids us to hitchhike in Tibet. If [[Tibet]] is just a normal part of China, why would there be such a restriction? As to [[Hong Kong]] and [[Macao]], they are (in some ways) probably comparable to [[Guernsey]], [[Jersey]], or some of the former Dutch Antilles, and have special political status. They should most definitely be listed separately.
