Changes

The primary metropolitan area in Minnesota consists of the twin cities of [[Minneapolis]] and [[St. Paul]]. These cities can be somewhat difficult hitching out of. Make sure especially to avoid I-35 in the area around the airport at the southern edge of town; the cops there have a tendency to arrest hitchers on flimsy homeland security pretexts.
