Pyongyang is the capital of North Korea. As North Koreans can get punished if they even talk to foreigners, North Korea isn't the best country for hitchhiking. Getting somewhere without a personal tourguide is (almost) impossible so 'how to hitchhike out of Pyongyang' would be unnecessary and impossible.
