Ciudad del Este is second largest city in Paraguay.

Have in mind that if you cross the border from Foz do Iguacu, Brazil by bus, it will not make a stop to get the passport stamp unless you ask the driver beforehand. Otherwise, you will need to come back to receive the stamp — which you can do by walking on the bridge or pay a fine upon leaving Paraguay.
