Make sure to ask your driver if they go onto the motorway and go towards [[Leuven]]. The first petrol station on the motorway is right after the exit to [[Leuven]]. If your driver goes to [[Leuven]] he can miss his turn and still go to the town through the petrol station. Nearby public transportation to this second hitching spot are Metro station "Trone/Troon" and also several bus lines.
