Hitchhiking out
East towards Giresun, Trabzon
To go in the direction of Gülyalı, Bulancak, Giresun, Gümüşhane, or Trabzon, you must get to the Giresun Road. You can take the dolmuş with a yellow Sağra Meydan logo and get off at Ordu University. Walk towards Giresun, and when you see the petrol station on the opposite side of the road, you will be at the emergency lane where you can start hitchhiking.
West towards Samsun, Ankara
To go in the direction of Fatsa, Ünye, Samsun, or Ankara, you need to get onto the Samsun Road. You can take a Kumbaşı dolmuş and get off at the new Samsun Road entrance to start hitchhiking.
South towards Mesudiye, Erzincan
To go towards Gölköy, Mesudiye, Koyulhisar, Sivas, or Erzincan, you must take the Mesudiye Road. You can use the Eskipazar-Toki dolmuş and get off at Eskipazar Village, where you can start hitchhiking. Note that the Ordu-Sivas Road is not a busy route despite the description provided here.
