Welcome to the Hitchwiki! Thanks for starting the article on Belize.
Usually we try to avoid the words "we" and "I" in articles, and write something like "Guaka found hitchhiking to be easy in New Zealand". This way there's still a personal touch to articles, but it becomes easier for people who "we" is, and thus also to add more information to the articles.
