:Some of my stats were used, as you may have seen, by Sylvain Viard in his 1999 [http://membres.lycos.fr/bpierret/memoire/memoire.html Auto-stop Approche géographique] Masters Thesis, and some of the less esoteric tables that the program generates are useful(ish) to answer questions on fora or the various mailing lists.
