:Hey Prino, unfortunately google maps destroyed my route somehow, I never went through Italy ;) I'll fix it. Hitched along Pavlikeni-Sofia-Nis-Beograd-Zagreb-Ljubljana-Munich ;) At google maps, when you entered a route, you can drag the route to other roads and it recalculates the whole thing then.
