Go to Bielany Wroclawskie (follow instruction for going east or west from this website). Start hitchhiking on Wroclawska street for example at "Bielany Wr. - MAKRO" bus station.
For this option taking train from Wroclaw main station to "Bielany Wroclawskie" could be convenient.

As google maps from Wroclaw to Prague is suggesting to go this way for cars, I think it could be good option too. It is exacly the same spot as going West from this website. It is about entering A4 motorway direction West and exiting it after 30km towards Lubawska (PL / CZ) {{National Road Number Poland|5}}.
